Responsibilities Tasks Prepare reports or files Perform administrative and office tasks Assess client needs and eligibility for specific services Implement life skills workshops Assess client strengths, weaknesses, and developmental needs Implement and coordinate delivery of specific services in the community Housekeeping Food preparation Provide emergency and suicide intervention Resolve conflict situations Supervise activities of clients residing in group homes and transition houses Develop behavior management programs Liaise with other social services and health services for client care Develop logic models for service-delivery intervention and establish outcome indicators Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs Accompany clients to appointments and social activities Supervisory Functions and Activities 3 to 4 people
Qualifications Credentials (certificates, licenses, affiliations, courses, etc.) Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric emergency first aid Non-violent crisis intervention certificate Cultural sensitivity training Pharmacology certificate First aid certificate CPR certificate
