General Terms of Use

1. Definitions

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website 2AF Solutions RH (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), a Canadian platform for posting job offers and connecting employers and job seekers.

  • Site: the platform accessible at www.recru2af.com.

  • Publisher: the legal entity operating the Site.

  • User: any person accessing the Site, whether registered or not.

  • Candidate: any User seeking employment.

  • Recruiter: any individual or legal entity publishing job offers.

  • Content: all information published on the Site.

2. Object

These Terms of Use define the conditions of access, use, and operation of the Site. Accessing or using the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

3. Access to the Site

The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or in cases of force majeure.

The Publisher does not guarantee continuous availability of the Site and cannot be held liable for any interruption, malfunction, or unavailability.

4. Registration and user account

Some features require the creation of a user account. The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential. Any action performed from an account is deemed to have been performed by its owner.

5. Publication of Job Offers and Applications

5.1 Recruiters

The Recruiter guarantees that the published job offers:

  • comply with Canadian labour and employment laws;

  • do not contain any discrimination prohibited by law;

  • are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

5.2 Candidates

The Candidate guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided (resume, diplomas, experience). Any false statement may result in the deletion of the account without notice.

6. Role of the Publisher

The Site acts solely as a technical intermediary.

The Publisher is not a party to the contractual relationship between Recruiters and Candidates and does not guarantee either hiring or the conclusion of an employment contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, the Publisher shall not be liable for:

  • content published by Users;

  • recruitment or application decisions;

  • indirect damages, financial losses, or loss of opportunity.

8. Personal Data

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable Canadian law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, applicable provincial laws.

The User has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site, its structure, content, logos, databases, and graphic elements are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Suspension and Termination

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete, without notice, any account or content in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

The Publisher shall not be liable in the event of force majeure as recognized by Canadian case law.

12. Modification of the Terms of Use

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications become effective upon their publication on the Site.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in Canada.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction of Montreal, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
