Work Environment Relocation expenses paid by employer Responsibilities Tasks Read plans, drawings and specifications to determine job requirements Select the type of insulating materials required Measure and cut insulating materials to the required shape and dimensions using manual and power tools Apply and secure insulation according to spray, blow-in, adhesive, strapping, taping or other application and installation methods Place insulation around obstacles and between beams and braces Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and blankets Assemble, install and disassemble scaffolding and securing and lifting devices Remove asbestos, ceramic fibres, lead and mold and urea-formaldehyde insulation materials in buildings
