Work Environment Workplace Culture: Fruit and vegetable cultivation Workplace: Rural setting Responsibilities Tasks: - Divide freshly harvested products into marketable and non-marketable lots - Guide growing shoots toward optimal growth positions - Coordinate and monitor the work of laborers and farm workers - Supervise and monitor cultivation operations and other harvest-related programs, and ensure their implementation - Maintain records and registers - Hire and train personnel - Operate and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery - Perform general agricultural tasks Supervisor Functions and Activities: 3 to 4 people 5 to 10 people Experience and Specialization Type of Crops: - Apples - Peppers - Garlic - Ginger - Grapes Area of Specialization: Harvest-related services Additional Information Working Conditions and Physical Abilities: - Physically demanding - Must provide own tools and equipment - Gloves
