**Responsibilities**
**Tasks**
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, graphs and charts
- Repair machine tools and parts
- Adjust and calibrate production machines/tools
- Adjust and assemble machine components and spare parts to adjust tolerances
- Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments
- Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances
- Maintain control records and write inspection reports
- Verify dimensions of machined tools and parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometer, caliper)
- Verify, using precision measuring instruments, that product dimensions are accurate and conform to specifications
