Responsibilities
Tasks
Cultivate on a vertical agriculture system
Guide growing shoots toward optimal growth positions
Maintenance and management of vine growth, vine covers, and grapes
Manually eliminate all suckers and water shoots
Tie and secure plants
Train trees to produce more fruit of better quality
Weeding
Provide harvest-related services such as plowing, irrigation, soil cultivation, spraying, or harvesting products
Coordinate and supervise the work of laborers and agricultural workers
Ensure compliance with safety and biosecurity procedures on the farm
Keep production and quality records
Supervise and monitor cultivation operations and other harvest-related programs, and ensure their implementation
Operate and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery
Perform general agricultural tasks
