Responsibilities Tasks
Manage personnel and assign tasks
Examine market studies and consumer trends to determine demand, possible revenue, and the impact of competition on sales
Determine the products and services to sell
Establish prices and credit policies
Identify, select, and procure merchandise to be resold
Develop and direct marketing strategies
Plan budgets and monitor revenue and expenses
Determine personnel needs
Resolve problems that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Supervise payroll administration
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
