Responsibilities Tasks Account for water saturation, light and temperature when planning crop growth and development Coordinate and monitor the work of labourers and agricultural workers Ensure compliance with safety and biosecurity procedures on the farm Keep production and quality records Supervise and monitor cultivation operations and other harvest-related programs, and ensure their implementation Perform general agricultural tasks Establish and implement quality control policies and procedures Set work schedules Verify and monitor product quality Provide employee/worker training on tasks, safety measures and company policies Supervisor Functions and Activities 5 to 10 people
