Responsibilities
Tasks
Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign tasks Examine market studies and consumer trends to determine demand, possible revenue and the impact of competition on sales Establish prices and credit policies Identify, select and procure merchandise to be resold Develop and direct marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine personnel needs Resolve problems that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
