Responsibilities Tasks
Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
Use a dishwasher to wash dishes, glasses and utensils
Store dishes in the designated location
Disinfect dishes and other items and wash them by hand
Record in registers the quantities of food used
Divide food into portions and wrap them
Prepare and heat simple dishes
Serve food to customers at the counter or buffet table
Take customer orders
Clean and disinfect the kitchen, work stations, cabinets, storage areas and equipment
Remove waste and garbage and empty trash bins
Sweep, wipe, wash, wax and polish floors
