Building Maintenance Attendant

Responsibilities Tasks Empty garbage bins and other waste containers Adjust and perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation and plumbing systems as well as the electrical system, and contact trades people when major repairs need to be made Perform minor repairs to appliances Perform other routine maintenance work, such as painting and drywall repair Water and care for plants, lawns and/or gardens Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots
