Responsibilities Tasks
Assign tasks to sales staff
Authorize merchandise returns
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales figures, merchandising techniques, and personnel-related issues
Resolve problems that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Organize and maintain up-to-date inventory
Supervise and coordinate staff activities
