Responsibilities Tasks Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage personnel and assign tasks Review market studies and consumer trends to determine demand, possible revenue and the impact of competition on sales Determine products and services to sell Establish prices and credit policies Identify, select and procure merchandise to be resold Develop and direct marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine personnel needs Resolve problems that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise personnel and/or volunteers Conduct performance reviews Supervise office staff and volunteers Supervisory functions and activities 5 to 10 people
