Responsibilities Tasks
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and distribute food
Ensure staff training regarding their tasks, hygiene, and safety standards
Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
Hire food service personnel
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and losses
Establish work schedules
