Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities Tasks Analyze budget to increase and maintain restaurant profits Evaluate daily operations Monitor receipts to determine labor costs Supervise staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Perform cashier duties and complete balance sheets, cash statements and supporting documents Organize and maintain current inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are respected Deal with suppliers regarding provisions for food products and other supplies Handle customer complaints and address their concerns
